Local 100 has submitted a formal response to the proposed changes to regional service contracts now under consultation.

Our submission raises three concerns: the absence of successor-rights language, the lack of any minimum-staffing floor, and a transition timetable that would leave crews without confirmed assignments for several weeks.

We have asked to appear before the review panel and will publish our full submission once it has been tabled.
